Testimonials

Here are some valuable words from our clients.

In January we stay at a beach resort, but when I come other times of the year I don't want the touristy stay. The Ixtapa Palace had everything I desired, VERY CLEAN room, decent bed and pillows, warm shower, kitchenette. EXELLENT maid and front desk people, small balcony, I only used the pool once in 10 days but that was my choice. The location is 2-3 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars etc maybe 5 minutes to beach. Excellent restaurant here but I like to eat at a lot of other places while I am there. The price was also EXCELLENT but wasn't high season. I will definitely stay here again, just remember it is not a beachfront resort.

i had a wonderful time in this hotel!! The rooms are awesome they have a kitchen; fridge and a small dine area. i came here with my wife and son. i had a blast, it has a waterpark inside the hotel. The beach is about a block from the hotel... Senior frogs in the corner. the staff is awesome ... They are very laid back but have a lot of security. The pools are open all night, even though it says they close at 6pm i was swimming till midnight. The food is amazing and really cheap. What i love about the hotel, its really nice a quiet and there’s vegetation everywhere. i looked everywhere for hotel rooms and they were all over priced.. i recommend ixtapa palace 100%.. You will not regret it!!!

What a delightful surprize in many ways, ... What makes this hotel so special is the people that work there. It's all about the service ... What a delightful staff. They all make you feel as if your a long lost friend that has come back into town. Gill at the front desk was informative ... he speaks English, and is always available to help you in any way. We enjoyed the local shops and lot's of places to eat ... Looking foward to going again. Enjoy!

“Loved Ixtapa Palace will go back and back again”

Too many things to talk about. The staff made it feel like home they reconize us every year and are very friendly.

My husband loved the gym and was in it every day and raved about the people who worked there especially Jonathan.
